One of the things the gummint has done to us is to steal or land via our land titles being changed from have the wording changed form “estate in fee simple” to “estate fee simple”.

” 31 December, 1881, an estate in fee simple can be limited by the words “in fee simple”. If the word “heirs,” or, since such date, the phrase “in fee simple” is not used, the limitation creates only an estate for life.

Don’t let them walk all over you. When they make demands, question their authority to do so. When they make statements, challenge them to back them up with evidence. It is our responsibility to hold these people accountable.
