In this case, in Jan-Feb 2021 they did not remove the child though they did return in Oct 2021 and abducted her, then her mother represented herself in court using affidavits and correct standing of Superior Jurisdiction as executor and beneficiary of the express trust, child was returned after 36 days of being held hostage by so-called ‘Child Protection’.
Have a listen to what former WA Federal Senator is saying in this clip about illegal changes made to our ‘Constitution’. If true this is not only deceitful, it is criminal. Changes were only allowed following a majority Referendum of the Australian people which has NOT been done. This could change much of what is being done today in Australia, if true. We need some really sharp ‘Legal Eagles’ to research this.
